My next appointment is in July, with a promise for a start of blood pressure control medication which she calls "poison" IF my blood pressure is still beyond normal. I have 2 months to aim for that normal line. This is my last chance. So I need to keep fit and hike those hills in Shahbandar. Or walk those winding paths till I drip those toxic sweat out of my body ...
